Berlin, Germany

Job Type

About the Role

A high-impact project role for someone who enjoys solving unfamiliar business challenges within offshore wind. You will work with senior sponsors to define important questions, build a fact base and lead focused initiatives that improve how the organisation performs and grows.

Assignments may span strategy, operating model, organisational effectiveness and cross-functional transformation. You will shape each project from the initial brief, create alignment around the desired outcome and guide work through to practical implementation. Clear thinking is vital, but so is the ability to build trust, facilitate decisions and communicate a persuasive recommendation.

This role offers broad exposure across an international renewables environment and will appeal to a self-directed project manager who combines commercial perspective with genuine interest in the energy transition.

Requirements

You will have several years’ experience delivering strategy, transformation or business-improvement assignments in a complex organisation. A background in energy, infrastructure or offshore wind would be valuable, as would previous consulting or corporate-strategy experience. You should be able to bring order to uncertain problems, carry out rigorous analysis and turn it into decisions that senior stakeholders can act upon. An advanced degree or equivalent professional qualification is expected. Excellent English and the confidence to work across international teams are essential.

About the Company

Rockbottom Consulting is supporting a confidential European renewable-energy organisation with this strategic appointment. The client operates at scale across the energy transition; its identity and the full opportunity will be shared with appropriately qualified candidates.
